The Pilates Method is a workout conditioning your body through your deep muscles.

You will work mostly on two of them: perineum (the muscle that stops your pee-pee) and the transverse (the muscle that allowsinhaling your navel against your spine).

This method allows you to control your breathing; inhaling through the nose and exhaling through your mouth,with a sound from your throat, like if you were fogging up the windows.

Pilates also benefit your posture, step by step you will see daily improvement and gradually lose the bad habit gained through time.

Pilates is a gentle method, it gives you time for yourself to find balance and well-being connecting body and mind.

Through breathing, Pilates improves your balance, coordination, balances out muscular asymmetries, and develop your muscular flexibility and strength and brings out body awareness what we call your “inner eye.”
